The Atlas Works site is built the same way Atlas Works builds for clients: clear messaging, a focused structure, and a maintainable codebase. No CMS overhead and no unused features, just a PHP-driven site with strong SEO foundations.
Approach
- One self-hosted variable typeface (Archivo), so the site makes zero third-party requests
- Light, dark, and system colour themes with no flash on load
- Structured data for LocalBusiness, ProfessionalService, Service, and FAQ schemas
- City-targeted content for Norwich, Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Brantford, London, and Hamilton
- Hand-written CSS with no framework, and an FAQ that works with JavaScript disabled
- Sitemap, robots.txt, and full Open Graph metadata configured from day one
